Kim is the proud owner and operator of Island Soul Clothing & Gifts, bringing over 35 years of experience in retail and an expert eye for merchandise selection. Her passion for curating a unique shopping experience shines through her role as a dedicated merchandise buyer, carefully choosing each item to reflect the spirit of the beach. With a love for the ocean that began when she was just two months old, Kim combines her lifelong connection to the beach with her extensive retail background to make Island Soul a true boardwalk favorite.
Digital Marketing & Operations Manager - Carly
Carly began her journey with Island Soul Clothing & Gifts as a dedicated sales associate while completing her college studies. After earning her master’s degree, she stepped into a strategic role focused on expanding our brand both in-store and online. Carly’s expertise has been instrumental in growing our social media presence, crafting innovative strategies that engage our community and enhance our digital reach. Her commitment and fresh insights continue to drive Island Soul's success, helping us connect with new customers and strengthen our brand’s presence on and off the boardwalk.
Sales Associate - Gail
Gail brings a wealth of experience in retail and banking to our team. Previously, she owned a successful store, showcasing her entrepreneurial spirit and dedication. Now enjoying retirement, Gail joins us at Island Soul every summer, where her expertise and friendly presence are an invaluable part of our team.
Sales Associate - Christina
Christina is more than just a valued sales associate at Island Soul—she's also Kim's daughter, and Kim couldn’t be prouder. A senior at NYU, Christina is studying Integrated Design & Media along with business, blending creativity with practical skills that align perfectly with Island Soul’s vibe. For the past three summers, Christina has brought her dedication, talent, and fresh perspective to the store, contributing to the family business in meaningful ways while excelling in her academic journey.
